Investment Process

Investment Process starts from the top level where Board of Directors sets up the investment objectives as well as investment policies and supervises the fund to ensure that investment is in line with rules & regulations and Asset Allocation. Next is the level of investment committee who supervises investment activities and makes recommendation on investment proposals to Board of Directors. In the GPF management level, the investment steering committee undertakes the roles of investment planning, investment tactics and laying out relevant investment framework. Lastly, the fund managers invest under the pre-agreed framework, strategies, rules & regulations. The investment is executed on the basis of thorough economic analysis and integrated financial and risk management policy. Independently, the risk management committee and audit committee have an oversight role on the fund to make sure that investment activities are in good practice and compliance with rules and policies.
